We found the wine to be crisp and a great compliment tou our dinner of Halibut green beans and Russian butter fingerling potatoes.
We enjoyed the wine enough to go online and research Blanc de Blanc.
Resulting in ending up here and saying thank you to the family of Blue Mountain.
