Winemaker Notes
The 2012 Brut Rosé R.D. has a fine mousse, with fresh strawberry notes on the nose and across the palate, with a crisp fruit finish. The wine is made in the Method Traditionnelle style. Finished dry, this wine is aged sur-lie for thirty six months prior to being disgorged. They then receive an additional 6 to 9 months of aging preceding release.

The best Rose out there for under 100 dollars, a great example of what BC wine can be, and should be. Perfect balance of Fruit and dryness. Would recommend to anyone. Wish they made more!

Smashing, absolutely smashing! Paired with the freshest of fresh spot prawns, prepared by the chef at The Pointe (the Wickaninish Inn, Long Beach, Tofino, BC) all I can think of is this wine...and it's no where to be found!

The Rose is the best Brut ever! I am glad I was able to get an order in as it is always sold out!
