This is one of the few BC bubblies that can rival a good Champagne. It has a brioche-like nose, a wonderful creaminess, and even improves with age, a rarity with non-Champagne sparklers.

Having just returned from a 6 week exploration of Verzenay small house champagnes, I was very surprised to find a blanc de blancs so good and so close to home. Keep the great work Blue Mountain, and thanks for representing BC so well.

Wasn't planning on popping this bottle tonight, but after being a touch underwhelmed by the NV Brut, I needed something to cleanse my palate. Lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, celery. This one has quite the spectrum. Crisp, light, delicate, balanced. For my money, BM makes the best QPR wines in the Western Hemisphere and this is no exception. $40CAD won't find you a better sparkling Chard. 5/5
We enjoyed the wine enough to go online and research Blanc de Blanc.
Resulting in ending up here and saying thank you to the family of Blue Mountain.
