Excellent. A rare find in Canada, a sparkling wine that tastes like Champagne; this bottle is as good or better than Piper-Heidsieck, one of my favourites

Uncompromisingly elegant. Need to be cellared two more years!

Surprisingly good. Mix of cream and mineral, effortlessly balanced. Dry toast, lemon curd, bone dry. Weighty mouthfeel. Strawberry and citrus finish.
