Winemaker Notes
The 2019 Brut Rosé R.D. has a fine mousse, with wild strawberry notes on the nose and across the palate and a crisp, fruit, finish. The wine is made in the Method Traditionnelle style. Finished dry, this wine is aged sur-lie for thirty months prior to being disgorged. They then receive an additional 6 to 9 months of aging preceding release.

The best Rose out there for under 100 dollars, a great example of what BC wine can be, and should be. Perfect balance of Fruit and dryness. Would recommend to anyone. Wish they made more!

Smashing, absolutely smashing! Paired with the freshest of fresh spot prawns, prepared by the chef at The Pointe (the Wickaninish Inn, Long Beach, Tofino, BC)...now all I can think of is this wine...and it's no where to be found!
